Cisco Sues Apple over Use of iPhone Name

Cisco accuses Apple of trademark infringement, saying Apple acknowledged its ownership of the iPhone name. Cisco contends it sent final terms of a trademark-sharing deal to Apple on Monday, but the iPhone debuted without a signed agreement.
