Cisco sues Apple over iPhone trademark
Just one day after Apple inc. unveiled its snazzy new iPhone, it was slapped
with a lawsuit by Cisco Systems Inc. over the name for the still-unreleased
device. Cisco said Apple is infringing on its trademark.
